   Reserve a tasting.

   Thirty minutes on the Founder's calendar. No slides, no decks. Just a real conversation about what you're trying to accomplish.

   We listen.

   Goals, audience, budget, brand standards, and the kind of moment you're trying to make. We ask questions. We push back where it matters. We tell you if we're not the right kitchen.

Make.

Concepts, samples, your approval.

Once we know the brief, the kitchen goes to work. Concepts come back fast. Samples in your hands before any real money moves.

   We find the dish.

   Concept directions, kit options, sourcing notes, and budget brackets in plain English. Usually two or three directions, not twelve. We have an opinion about which one is right.

2. 02

   We plate it.

   Virtuals, mockups, packaging comps, and where it matters, physical samples in your hands. You see and feel what's going to ship before we order it.

3. 03

   You taste it.

   You approve direction, decoration, and packaging. We lock specs. Production starts. No surprises after this point.

Ship.

Production, kitting, delivery, done.

This is the part most agencies hand off and forget. We run it end to end, in our portal, with our team. Inventory, tracking, customs, and a real human if anything moves.

   Production and decoration in vetted factories. Color-matched, QC'd, brand-compliance-checked before anything leaves the floor.

   We kit.

   Assembly, packaging, recipient-level personalization, and per-box QA. Your inventory lives in our portal with real-time counts.

   We deliver.

   Domestic and international fulfillment with tracking. Customs paperwork handled. One human on your side for the whole program, not a ticket queue.
