Packaging

We eat with our eyes first.

Custom packaging design and production for B2B merch programs. Rigid boxes, mailer boxes, custom inserts, foil and embossing. Built for SaaS welcome kits, financial services client gifts, and executive recognition programs that have to land the moment they leave the line.

The principle

The box lands before the product does.

Chefs say it about food: we eat with our eyes first. The plate sets up everything that follows. Same rule applies to branded merch. The recipient holds the box before they hold what’s inside. The weight, the open, the tissue, the reveal. Every sense lands before the product does, and every sense is part of the brand experience.

Most B2B merch programs treat the box as packaging. We treat it as the first thirty seconds of the brand experience. The cardboard tells your recipient how seriously you took the moment. A flat mailer says one thing. A magnetic-closure rigid box with custom-printed tissue says something else entirely.

The box is the brand. Make it look like one.

What we build

Six packaging categories. One operational pipeline.

Rigid boxes

Two-piece and magnetic-closure rigid boxes for executive gifting, anniversaries, and high-end onboarding. Foil stamping, embossing, and custom liners.

Custom mailer boxes

Branded folding cartons for recurring program shipments. Full-color printing inside and out, custom dieline shapes, e-commerce-ready strength.

Wine-style and presentation boxes

Hinged presentation boxes for premium gifts. Magnetic closures, ribbon pulls, satin and velvet liners.

Custom inserts and dunnage

Die-cut foam, custom paperboard inserts, recycled molded pulp. Each component sits where it’s designed to.

Branded tissue, ribbon, and tape

Custom-printed tissue paper, satin ribbon, gummed paper tape. The small touches that make the unboxing feel like the brand.

Sustainability-first packaging

FSC-certified paperboard, recycled content, and curbside-recyclable construction. No plastic windows, no foam fill, no greenwash.

Where it lands

The verticals we run packaging programs for.

B2B SaaS

Customer onboarding kits, expansion-stage milestone gifts, conference activation kits, and post-funding announcement boxes. Branded packaging that lands during the customer’s product-evaluation window.

Process

From the moment it will land to the box on the doorstep.

Discovery

We start with the moment the box will land in. Onboarding kit? Executive gift? Recognition program? The moment dictates the box.

Design

Our in-house design team renders the box in 3D, color-matched to your brand. Two to three rounds, all rendered. No surprises in production.

Prototype

We produce a physical prototype with the final stock, finishes, and decoration. You hold the box before we run 500 of them.

Production

Manufacturing in our Chicago facility for domestic programs and trusted partner factories for international and rigid-box volume.

Kitting

Boxes ship to our fulfillment warehouse, get assembled with the kit contents per the spec, and ship to recipients.

Bring us your kit.

The fastest way to evaluate whether your program needs custom packaging is to put a current kit in front of us. Tell us about the program; we’ll tell you what the box could do.
