We’re at the point where the Founder needs a true sales partner to take this from where it is to where it could be. We aren’t hiring another VP-of-something who manages a deck. We’re looking for someone who builds revenue and helps run the company.

The role
What you’ll actually do.
- Own enterprise account development end-to-end, from prospect to close.
- Build and manage your own book of business with full P&L visibility.
- Help architect go-to-market strategy alongside the Founder.
- Build and lead a sales team underneath you as the company scales.
- Direct line to the Founder; partner-level decision-making from day one.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for.
- 7+ years selling promotional products, branded merchandise, corporate gifts, or comparable B2B services.
- Existing book of business or proven network in tech, finance, healthcare, consumer, or hospitality verticals.
- Track record of consistently closing $1M+ in annual revenue.
- Hunter mentality. You make the calls, set the meetings, close the deals. Comfortable with aggressive growth targets.
- Founder mindset. You think like an owner because you will be one.
- Based in Chicago or NYC ideally, or willing to relocate.
Compensation
Equity. Uncapped commission. Path to ownership.
