We’ve been operating from Pilsen since the early days of Z-Swag. The neighborhood is the right kind of mix for an embroidery shop: a real production base on 18th Street, with the people who need the service literally walking past. Restaurants on 18th and Halsted. We do bigger work for downtown clients, but the neighborhood work is what keeps the shop honest. If the polo we stitched for the family-run restaurant on 18th doesn’t hold up, we hear about it the next day. So it has to hold up.

How it works
Walk in, quote out, embroidered by Friday.
For small jobs (1-25 pieces), we quote on the spot when you walk in. Bring the garment or we’ll source it. Bring the logo or we’ll redraw it for embroidery. We digitize, sample if needed, and run the production.
For larger jobs (50-500 pieces), we quote the same business day after you send us the spec. Sample piece first, then production. Most jobs out the door inside one week.
